The Open Water Diver course is the world's most popular scuba diving certification and the first step to becoming a self-sufficient diver. Through theory classes, training sessions, and open water dives, you'll learn the fundamental principles of diving, the correct use of equipment, and the techniques necessary to move confidently in the underwater environment.
Upon completion of the course, you will be certified to:
* Dive independently with a certified friend.
* Dive to a maximum depth of 18 meters (60 feet).
* Rent equipment and participate in diving activities anywhere in the world.

Requirements:
* Be *10 years of age or older*.
* Know how to swim and be comfortable in the water.
* Be able to float for 10 minutes.
* Swim 200 meters unassisted or 300 meters using a mask, fins, and snorkel.

* Complete the diver's medical questionnaire.
